ORDERS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER A PAYMENT IS RECORDED ON OUR ACCOUNT::
- we don’t send COD packages.
- bank transfer data is send to the orderer with a pro-forma invoice.
- original pro-forma and VAT invoices are attached directly to a package.
- cost of shipping a package, irrespective of its weight (max 30 kg), amounts to 25 PLN.
- packages are shipped only by courier.
- you may order your own courier after having it agreed with us.
ORDERING PROCEDURE:
- pafter completing the order by filling in appropriate fields and submitting the form, the orderer receives e-mail order confirmation.
- after receiving an order to by shipped by courier, we issue a pro-forma invoice for data indicated in the form.
- Pro-forma invoice is sent to a specified e-mail address.
- after a payment is recorded on our account, we issue a VAT invoice and order a courier.
- once the shipment has been collected by the courier, we inform the orderer about it and pass a tracking number.
